pex Varsity Women's Lacrosse has only been around for three years. First year as a club team and second year as a full conference team. In their third year they won the State Championship Title of North Carolina! The 4th season is now complete! And once again, we are State Champions!!!

5/21/08 - Banquet location changed - Due to overbooking at the school cafeteria, the banquest location has changed "to the Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian Church located at 200 High Meadow Drive in Cary which is directly across from the McDonalds on Kildaire Farm Road. 5/17/08 - CONGRATULATIONS! - The Apex High School Lady Cougars are North Carolina State Champions for the 2nd year in a row, defeating Charlotte Catholic 19-13!
