State Champions Two Three Years Running!
Apex Varsity Women's Lacrosse has been around five years now. First year as a club team and second year as a full conference team. In their third year they won the State Championship Title of North Carolina! They repeated that in year four, and now in year five, have won an unprecedented third State Championship!!!
This is the last season that the women have played under the auspices of the NC High School Women's Lacrosse Association, which has been key in promoting the sport in NC. The game has now been offically recognized by the NC High School Athletic Association, which will sponsor future championships.
