Spring Break Varsity Team

Friday, April 3
Cost per player for the DC trip is $50.
This will cover transportation, hotel, and all meals in VA. Parent volunteers will collect the $50 when we meet at the HS on Friday morning before departure. Players should bring money to cover personal expenses for Sunday in DC. For those attending with financial needs arrangements will be made through the coaches.
Our expectation is that the players will room with the team (not with their parents).
We also expect each player to travel with the team on the team Charter bus. This is considered a school trip. Any conduct by the players that is a violation of school rules will be handled as such. We do not expect any problems.
Rooms
We will have extra rooms blocked for the parents. The players rooms will already be reserved. Once reservations are set we will let you know that any parents who wish to stay at the team hotel should call. Do not call until our reservation details are finalized.
Parent Chaperone Assistance
Provide supervision in the hotel, particularly at night. The players are required to be in their rooms by 11:00. Please help check those rooms at that time and after. Please take turns checking the lobby and pool deck at night to help ensure good behavior from our players. If everyone could track an assigned group of four closely, we will have an uneventful trip. Thanks in advance for your help with this! Parents are encouraged to take part in the team meals- the cost per parent for the meals is yet to be determined.
